This Privacy Policy describes how Adeti Residence collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of its customers and website visitors.
What personal data do we collect?
When booking or staying at the hotel, the data we collect includes:
- Your first name, last name, email address, phone number, personal document data (ID card or passport) - upon check-in.
- Credit card information (card type and number, cardholder name, expiration date and security code).
- Guest stay information, including arrival and departure dates, special requests made (including room preferences, amenities).
- Data we collect automatically - When you use our website, we collect information automatically, some of which may be personal data. This includes data such as language settings, IP address, location, device settings, log information, time of use, requested URL, user agent (browser version information), operating system, result (browser or booker), browsing history, user Booking ID and type of data viewed.
For what purpose do we process the data?
We collect and process personal data only when necessary and for the following purposes:
- Reservations.- We use your personal data to complete and administer your online reservation.
-Contact with you.
-Advertising for our services.- Always with the express prior permission of our clients, contact details are used to send advertising, whether general in nature or adapted to the characteristics of the person, for the services offered by us.
-Feedback.- With the explicit permission of the client, after check-out, the contact details (or more precisely, email) may be stored by us in order to invite you to provide your feedback about your stay at Adeti Residence. We believe that this additional service is useful for both you and us, as we value feedback from our clients and always strive to improve our service.
- Issuing invoices and complying with tax requirements. - With the express permission and consent of the client, the data provided by him may be used for the purpose of issuing an invoice for his stay with us.
Who do we share personal data with?
Your personal data is not shared with third parties. As a general rule, we only transfer data to public administrations or authorities and always in compliance with legal obligations.
How long do we store data?
We comply with the legal obligation to limit the period for which data is stored to the maximum. Therefore, we only store it for the time necessary and justified for the purpose for which it was obtained. In certain cases, such as data included in accounting records and invoices, tax regulations require us to store it until our obligations in this regard expire. In the case of data that is processed on the basis of the data subject's consent, it is stored until the data subject withdraws his or her consent. Images obtained from CCTV cameras are stored for a maximum of one month. However, in the event of incidents, where this is justified, they will be retained for as long as necessary to support investigations carried out by security forces or judicial authorities.
